专利说明:
Said strip or strips are placed on the middle part of the first semi-finished product and on their inwardly directed part or parts the elongate goods so that the first parts and outwardly directed parts of the strip become outside the ends of the goods, the strips or strip are folded at both ends of the gutter so that the first parts are placed at the ends of the goods and the outwardly directed parts of the goods, and the second gutter is placed on the first gutter, the parts of the strip and the goods, whereby the gutters, the goods and the strips between them can be fastened with tape, string or equal complete the packaging. In one embodiment, a strip is placed on the middle part of the semi-finished product, which strip comprises in the middle part, the length of which corresponds to the length of the goods, and at its two sides first between the fold lines corresponding to the first parts and at the ends of the strip corresponding to the second parts. In another embodiment, a separate strip is placed on the middle part of the semi-finished product at its two ends, which strip comprises in the middle the first part and at both ends the second parts. To achieve the above object, a box-shaped cardboard package for elongate goods according to the invention, which package comprises two semi-finished products formed of cardboard according to the length of the package, which are folded along fold lines in the longitudinal direction to sleeves and comprise a planar middle part and planar on both sides side parts, the gutters being able to be set substantially straight towards each other so that their side parts are towards each other and at least partially overlap each other, is characterized in that it further comprises one or two strips of paper with width corresponding to the width of the middle part of the semi-finished product folded transversely folding lines so that a first part between the folding lines corresponds to the height of the package and other parts are on its two sides, which strips can be placed between the semi-finished products so that their first parts are set transversely between the strips and other parts towards corresponding middle parts of the gutters. elongated varom a can be placed between the other parts of the strips and the gutters and the packaging can be completed by tensioning the gutters against each other, the strips and the elongate goods with tape, string or the like. In one embodiment the cardboard package according to the invention comprises a paper strip, which comprises in the middle the part, the length of which corresponds to the length of the goods, and at its two sides first between the folding lines corresponding to the first parts and then at the ends of the strip corresponding to the second parts. In another embodiment, the cardboard package according to the invention comprises a separate strip for both ends of the semi-finished product, which strip comprises in the middle the first part and at both ends the second parts. An advantage of the solution according to the invention is that the same packaging can be used for goods which differ to some extent in dimensions or for packing consignments of goods with different numbers of goods. Semi-finished products required for packing are simple and easy to standardize or modify for varying use situations. The solution according to the invention also makes it possible for the semi-finished product of the package to be returned and reused unchanged for the same purpose. The invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: fi g. 1 schematically shows an example of the method according to the invention; fi g. 2-4 show an example of a box-shaped cardboard package for elongate goods according to the invention; Fig. 5 shows another example of the method according to the invention; Figures 6 and 7 respectively show another example of a box-shaped cardboard package for elongate goods according to the invention; and fi g. 8 and 9 show some further examples of a box-shaped cardboard package for elongate goods according to the invention. In the first phase P1 of the method of Fig. 1, cardboard is first formed according to the length L1 of the package semi-finished product 1, which comprises longitudinal folding lines 2, so that the semi-finished product can be formed into a gutter, a planar middle part A being in the middle and at its both sides planar side parts B. The width of the middle part is Wl. Further, strips 3 are formed of cardboard, which comprise transverse fold lines 4, so that a first part C with the length corresponding to the height of the package becomes between the fold lines and at its two sides at the ends of the strip other parts D. The width of the strips W2 is substantially the same as the width W1 of the middle part A of the semi-finished product 1, so that when the strip 3 is placed and directed on the middle part A of the semi-finished product 1 and the side parts B are folded towards its direction, it does not prevent folding but essentially covers the gap between the side parts B folded at right angles. In phase P2, such a strip 3 is placed on a packing base partly on the middle part A of the semi-finished product folded into a gutter, in this case so that one of the folding lines 4 is substantially directed with the end of the gutter, the part D lying at one end of the strip on the middle part A of the semi-finished product 1 and the part C and the part D at the other end of the strip will be outside the gutter. In phase P3, goods 5 to be packed are placed on the middle part A of the semi-finished product 1 weight to the gutter and at the same time on the 3 parts D of the strips. In this example, the bar-shaped goods 5 are stacked four next to each other in four three layers. The goods 5 can be e.g. contracted blinds. It is also possible that the goods are shorter than the packaging and adapted to the packaging so that two, three or even varor your goods are placed one after the other in the longitudinal direction. Their total length L2 in this case is substantially the same as the length L1 of the semi-finished product, but it can also be noticeably shorter. In the phase P4 the strips 3 are folded so that their first parts C are placed at the ends of the goods 5 outside them and are substantially directed at the ends of the gutter and the parts D at the other end of the strip are placed on the goods 5. In the phase P5, another gutter 1 is placed on the first gutter 1, the goods 5 and the strips 3, so that the ends 1 ”of the gutters are directed towards each other and planar side parts B at least partially overlap each other. In phase P6 the gutters 1 are tightened against the packed goods 5, the strips 3 and each other with tape, string or the like 6. Clamping or binding means 6 is advantageous e.g. a fiber-reinforced tape used in corresponding solutions, but it can also be e.g. string or any other suitable fastening or binding means. Figures 2-4 explain a little more the formation of a box-shaped cardboard package as a result of the method according to the invention. Fig. 2 shows the basic elements of the package. The semi-finished product 1 adapted to the length L1 of the package is provided with longitudinal folding lines 2, along which it can be folded into a gutter. Two semi-finished products 1 are needed for a box-shaped package according to the invention. In addition, two strips 3 are provided provided with transverse folding lines 4, so that the width H of a first part C between the lines corresponds to the height of the intended package. The width of the strips corresponds to the width of the middle part A of the semi-finished product 1 as described above in connection with the process. Fig. 3 schematically shows the formation of the package according to the invention after elongated goods (not shown here) have been packed as shown in fi g. 1. The parts of the package are shown in section. The semi-finished products 1 folded into gutters have been set so that their ends 1 'are substantially directed towards each other and the side parts B directed towards each other. The strips 3 are in this case placed between the semi-finished products 1, so that their middle parts C are respectively substantially directed to the ends 1 ”of the gutters 1 and the parts D at their ends set respectively towards the middle parts of the gutters. Fig. 4 shows the box-shaped package K as completed. The sleeves 1 formed from the semi-finished products have been tightened with straps, string or equal 6 to elongate goods within these, strips 3 and each other. The package is opened by breaking the belts 6, after which the semi-finished products 1 and the strips 3 can be easily recycled and returned to the supplier for reuse for the same purpose. 10 15 20 25 5 F ig. 5 shows phases P1 ”and P2” in an alternative process according to the invention, which phases correspond to phases P1 and P2 in the process of fi g. 1. Otherwise, the alternative is essentially the same as the procedure of fi g. In this case the paper strips 3A formed in the phase P1 'comprise in the middle the part D1 dimensioned according to the length of the elongate goods to be packed and at its two sides first between the corresponding fold lines 4 the parts C1 dimensioned according to the thickness of the package and then the parts D2 and in the strip ends. So only one strip 3A is needed for each package. In the second phase P2 'of the process, the strip 3A is partially placed on the middle part A of the semi-finished product 1 weight to a gutter. In this case the part D1 of the strip substantially covers the middle part A of the gutter. At both ends of the strip 3A the first of the folding lines 4 is in this case directed substantially on the corresponding end 1 'of the gutter, and the corresponding parts C1 and D2 of the strip become outside the gutter. Thereafter, the packing takes place in the same way as in phases P3 - P6 of fi g. 1. Figs. 6 and 7 show the formation of the package K according to the method of fi g. 5 in the same way as fi g. 2 and 3 in the first example. For the formation of the package, two semi-finished products 1 and a strip 3A are needed. During the packing of goods (not shown here) the strip 3A is folded in the manner shown in fi g. 7, so that its part D1 covers the entire length L1 of the package 1, the parts C1 form the ends of the package at the ends 1 ”of the semi-finished product 1 and the parts D2 are folded against the middle part A of the gutter folded from the upper semi-finished product. The formed package K is bound in the same way as shown in fi g. 4. Figs. 8 and 9 show diagrammatically in section packages K which correspond to the packages K shown in fi g. 7 and 3, where the total length L2 of the goods 5 is substantially shorter than the length L1 of the semi-finished products 1. The ends of the packages formed by the parts C1 and C of the strips 3A and 3 folded in the manner described above then remain within the package in comparison with the gutters 1 ends l ”. The invention can be varied within the scope given by the claims.
